Training Centre and Intentional Community La Rencontre
3 ha / 15 sleeping-accomodations
Above all, the training centre
wishes to be an example of a lifestyle according the Three Circles. This
means, an ethical-ecological lifestyle which does not exceed the
carrying-capacity of nature and humans and in which zero-waste is one of
the main issues.
Daily activities of the members / inhabitants are divided amongst:

the daily food

maintenance of gardens and
infrastructure

holistic education

personal creative activities

spiritual development

playing and resting

Children – but also the elders – enjoy
possibilities to develop their natural intelligence in all freedom, up
to a level where learning becomes an inner attitude.
The main ideas of living and working together
at La Rencontre are:

With its 3 ha and 25 sleeping places, the
Training Centre also offers a place for guests for shorter or longer
periods, it stimulates local Earth Repair Programmes and it provides
guided tours and courses at the centre.
